Kent Fire and Rescue Service

As a blue light service, KFRS require a stable & reliant service across our estate & KPSN gives us that assurance. 

KPSN are very proactive in assisting KFRS with projects, costs savings, account relationship, new technologies and management escalation (should it be required).

Over the past twelve months KPSN have gained KFRS significant cost savings on our Fire Station WAN circuits across the estate. We have also migrated our SIP telephony platform to a new provider in conjunction with KPSN managing the project, which was delivered exceptionally well. 

All in all, a good service with a good team behind it.
