Stuart Cockett confirmed as Head

After many months of acting Interim Head of KPSN, we are pleased to announce that Stuart Cockett has been appointed to the role.  The former Head of KPSN, Dave Lindsay, has been appointed to a new role within KCC with immediate effect; we wish Dave every success for the future.
