I have over 30 years experience working within a wide range of customer service environments and over 16 years within the complex Kent wide KPSN network since I joined in 2006, providing Managed Services to Kent based schools and other Public Sector bodies.

 I have provided complex Network, Security and eSafety Technical Support on a variety of Firewall and Web Content Filtering systems and Technical Services and Contract Development, Project and Change support Managing new circuit installs and/or circuit Modifies to ensure continuity of services in line with the Customer or Partner requirements in their projects and deadlines.

  I naturally enjoy project work and the excitement that developing services can bring to a user base, whether its to a single organisation or to a wider audience such as the wider KPSN. 

Such a varied background enables me to draw upon a deep knowledge pool of experiences to assist or understand our Partners Technical and Service requirements to aide them to deliver better outcomes for their Residents and Users across Kent
