Aggregated Remote Access Service

The solution will position dual Juniper SA6500 devices at Internet ingress points in the East and West of the county. The Juniper product is the market leader in SSL VPN connectivity, and the version that the KPSN solution provides is the FIPS compliant variant.

The devices will provide SSL based, clientless remote access, landing the partners users into their own internal network. The solution can provide full client access or present just various applications to the users depending on the partner’s requirements.

The virtualisation function will allow secure separation of partner traffic and allow the partner upon VPN termination to be securely landed within their own internal infrastructure, provided by a KPSN VPN. The virtualised function will also allow for partner specific URLs so that each partner may provide their users with a dedicated partner personalised URL to attach to.

It is expected that partners will authenticate against their own Active Directory or RADIUS server, however if needed a RADIUS directory can be added to a partners the solution.
